Judith Chia

Judith’s motivation to enter real estate stemmed from her personal journey of searching for the ideal home with her husband. Her fascination with houses, their history, and the stories they hold inspired her transition into the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore and later pursued a Master’s degree in International Business Economics at the University of Leuven in Belgium. This academic journey led her into the advertising industry for two years afterwards before embarking on an international adventure in Yangon, Myanmar, living through the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic and a political coup — an exemplary display of adaptability indeed. While she initially began her real estate journey at another agency, her desire to fully commit to the field led her to PLB, where she saw a strong sense of a culture focused on growth and constant learning. There’s no stopping this mother of one as she continues to harness her determination and passion to not only excel in her career but also make a meaningful impact on the lives of her clients, as seen in her resilience.
